Now let me tell you about my journey with these new habits😊 Exercising My mode of Exercising currently is: Walking outside in the morning! It’s simple No equipment required No memberships + I get to increase you levels of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine in my brain, which ultimately helps me feel mentally healthy. In the future I’m hoping to incorporate other forms of exercise like Yoga into my exercise routine but for starters “Walking” is brilliant! I listen to Podcasts or Book Summaries/Reviews while I walk. If you are putting off exercising then start with walking! StepSetGo  is a great app to count your steps! Waking up Early My Goal is to wake up at 5 am. To be honest I’ve not been consistent with this one and

What is one thing that will HELP you GET MORE WORK DONE?

STOP MULTITASKING   1.     When you multitask, you switch back and forth between multiple attention-demanding tasks.   Every switch requires the brain to re-familiarize itself with the task at hand — and that takes up a lot of time than you think.           2. It will cause  ANXIETY When your mind sees that you have a lot of get done and not a single task is getting completed( because you are doing many at the same time) then our MIND goes into STRESS! Some people cope up with this stress and anxiety by procrastinating the work at hand   3. More Tasks = More Mistakes When you are NOT focussed you are bound to make tons of mistakes. The mistakes maybe small but they are mistakes.   4.  KILLS CREATIVITY When our minds are distracted we will be unable or think of ideas or solutions. There is no space left in your brain to come up with ideas and concepts that are truly creative because it is thinking about the multiple things that you have to get done.

I Don't Know!

80% of teachers will never say, "I don't know” when a student asks a doubt because they think it affects their value/ trust the student has in the teacher. But I would say “It doesn't” In fact it only increases it! When a student feels that you are just like one of them. Then they listen to you more. They trust you more.
