What is one thing that will HELP you GET MORE WORK DONE?

STOP MULTITASKING   1.     When you multitask, you switch back and forth between multiple attention-demanding tasks.   Every switch requires the brain to re-familiarize itself with the task at hand — and that takes up a lot of time than you think.           2. There is no space left in your brain to come up with ideas and concepts that are truly creative because it is thinking about the multiple things that you have to get done.
