Baby Steps to Big Dreams!

Don't just live and exist .
Get out of your comfort zone.
Grow. Thrive.
Go that extra mile.
Do that impossible exercise.
Sacrifice that extra hour of sleep.
Cook that dish which looked impossible.
Take up a Challenge.
Wake up early to meditate.
Finish writing the draft for your blog.
Read that book which you left off halfway.
The results may seem far off.
But it's the small steps which you take each day for your goal that truly matters.
Too often, we tell ourselves that huge success requires some earth-shattering actions . When we don’t see an immediate result we give up. (This is the century of instant gratification) . This is exactly why it's tough to build habits that actually lasts a lifetime. It is so easy to overestimate the importance of growth you  make  on a tiny daily basis.

Your first blog post will have grammatical mistakes. It will look like a 6th grader wrote it. But it won't be that same case when you write your 200th post . As days go by it will get better and better. You will slowly unlock your true potential and create a fairytale for yourself.
Your first workout will make you weak all over. You will feel the pains and aches for days together. But little by little you will feel the strength.  You will gain stamina. You will get more things done. You will even learn to sleep well.

Taking up a challenge may sound silly but it is the best way to get a control of yourself and discipline yourself.
1 month No Social media challenge
1 week No Sugar Challenge( this one is quite tough )
2 Weeks No Junk food Challenge

If you wanted to start a business do it immediately. Instead of thinking what will go wrong, why not give it a try. Start small  and climb up you way ahead slowly.

May your goal be one  that Empowers, Inspires, Transforms, Restores the world and the people around you. Don't give up even if the pace may seem very slow. You can never tell how close you are. It may actually be near when it seems so far. You are stronger than you think.

So Start today.  Yes . This Very moment.
Take the first step towards your goal..
Starting is the hardest yet the best decision you will ever take.
and Remember this is not to show off or prove it to anyone because NO ONE cares. This is for YOU  and YOU alone.

Name: Bittu Jacob Owner of Baked for you by Bittu   1. Why did you pursue baking as career?   During my school days I enjoyed baking with my ‘Amma’. After getting married I used to bake occasionally at home and when we had guests at home.   On my son’s 5 th   birthday, I decided to make a fire truck shaped fondant cake. It was my very first attempt baking a fondant cake from scratch. When my family saw the cake they were quite impressed. To be honest the cake tasted lovely but it was not like those very neat fondant cakes . My family encouraged me to level up my skill by attending cake décor classes.       So I attended a class and learned the basics of cake decoration. Even at that point of time I never thought of taking this up professionally. That same year (2016) in the month of December my Appa asked me to bake 10 cakes to gift his friends. I was nervous about this but my Appa had full confidence in me. He convinced me to go ahead with it. And Guess what? It

The dot, turban and the hijab.

It was another day at middle school. I still had not made any friends. Well , the truth is I really tried but no one  wanted to be my friend. It was lunch time and I was looking for a place to sit in the cafeteria. This is one thing I dread the most. Everyone had a group of friends of their own. The popular group sat in the corner. They were the cheerleaders, basketball players, kids with good looks (most of them wore makeup so cannot really tell if they were really good looking) and then there were the rich kids who only wore only branded clothes , shoes.  I certainly did not belong there because I didn’t have the skinny body type which those cheerleaders had. Forget sports. I cannot even do ten push-ups straight. I wore clothes which I got on sale from JCpenny and not Armani, Gucci or Nike. When it came to looks neither did i  wear fake lashes nor did I have hair extensions.  I did not have a tongue piercing, ta
