1. Drawing firm boundaries to messages, media, calls which are low priority and those which can wait and instead focus on spending my energy with high-priority people and activities. Don't work on weekends. You need time for yourself and your family. Don't let your company take away that very 2 days as well. Note: Your family comes under high priority people! 2. Tracking social media usage. There are tons of great apps out there. If you want a list of apps I have used or still using. You can message me personally. I will send you the links! 3. Find out which is the most productive time of the day for you. For most people it is between 9 to 1. Try to finish your HIGH FOCUS work around this time. 4. Post lunch keep the work which you love doing ( Work which needs no motivation!) 5. If you need a nap. Take a POWER naps. These last for 20 min! 6. Turn off all phone and work notifications because without you even realizing it .... it actually sends a wave of stress to your brai...
