Why I Chose Not to Pursue MDS—And Have No Regrets

  For the longest time, I believed that MDS was the only way to succeed in dentistry—more prestige, better career opportunities. That’s what everyone seemed to say. I even appeared for the NEET exam and secured an exceptionally good rank. But it wasn’t enough for a government seat, and I wasn’t willing to invest a fortune in a private one. That’s when I paused and asked myself: Do I really want this? ❌ Here’s why I chose a different path: ⏳ I don’t want to confine myself to a single specialty when dentistry is constantly evolving. 🚀 I don’t want to chase a title just because society expects me to. ✨ My true passion lies elsewhere—teaching, creating content, writing, and empowering others. Instead of spending three years specializing in MDS, I can invest that time in sharpening skills that truly excite me— public speaking, teaching, video editing, writing, and marketing. I can take courses, gain hands-on experience, and build something unique rather than simply following the crowd....

 Marketing these days is all about making you panic. Every email says "Last chance!", "Hurry before it’s gone!", or "Only a few left!", as if missing a sale is some huge disaster.
